"Hi, my name is Romeo and about 3 and a half years ago, unfortunately due to an accident at work I found myself in a situation where I had to seek legal advice like yourself right now. I searched the Internet to find a very good passionate solicitor to help me with my case and after a few days of researching and reading through numerous Solicitors' websites I decided to call Toni Palmer (No Win No Fee Personal Injury Lawyers). I left a message and after a few minutes, she called me back. We talked about my work injury for quite a bit of time, that made me feel like she cared about my case. She clearly explained to me what kind of tricky situation I was in. I very much appreciated her talking to me about my case honestly without "pampering" the issues with it and what also strike me was her impressive legal knowledge. I knew at that point that I had found the right solicitor to represent me with my case. She fought for me for 3 and a half years. Workcover kept rejecting medical evidence even coming from their own doctors, but she fought back and kept fighting until we achieved what I was entitled to. Unfortunately during these 3 and a half years due to my injury I developed major depression and anxiety. This situation only caused more trouble during the injury claim and that must have been very frustrating dealing with me because of my mental illness. However Ms Palmer was very patient with me. I must say that what Ms Palmer achieved during my claim was professionally outstanding. She has always been very honest with me about my claim and how it could end up - no fake promises. I can only thank her and be very grateful to Ms Palmer for everything she did for me in the last 3 and a half years. But most importantly, she is an amazing human being.
